The location of the guest house was fantastic - very close to the venue we were going to and just a short walk or bus ride to the city center. The staff were friendly and cute, providing a warm check-in and check-out experience. the included breakfast was a great perk, with delicious and freshly cooked options to choose from.
The lack of attention to detail in certain areas. The room I stayed in had a cold draft due to a gap in the window frame, and the staircase bannister was not secure, which could be dangerous for those with mobility issues.

Seton House is a charming, Victorian guest house with friendly owners. Spotlessly clean rooms with plenty of amenities. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options. Good location with easy access to buses.
Nothing for me.

Seton House is a gem of a place, oozing Victorian charm and character. The owners are super friendly, and we had a great chat about their time in the states. The room and bathroom were spotless, with plenty of tea, coffee, and biscuits. We even had some bottles of water waiting for us. The breakfast, although small, was served swiftly, and my husband said it was the best cup of tea he had on our road trip. The location may be a bit of a walk to Glasgow city center, but the helpful owner, Eric, pointed us in the right direction for the buses. it felt safe and had a lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended.
Felt totally at home, nothing to complain about.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center and with convenient bus stops nearby. The beautiful stained glass front door adds a touch of charm to the entrance. The rooms are comfortable, well-decorated, and equipped with modern amenities like fan heaters. The breakfasts are delicious and generous in portion size, providing a great start to the day.
There were some cleanliness issues in certain rooms, such as dirty bed sheets and sticky tea spoons.

Seton Guest House Glasgow is a hidden gem in a lovely quiet area, surrounded by convenient stores where we could easily buy meals. The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The basic amenities in the rooms, including a small chest of drawers and a private bathroom down the hallway, ensured that our needs were met. We particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which included local ingredients and set us up for the day.
All was great, couldn't ask for more.

The staff allowed me to store my luggage after check-out, making my work schedule easier. The hosts were accommodating and breakfast was beautifully presented. The location was convenient for the British Summer Championships and shopping. Lovely nearby restaurants. Will return.
